Three Little Birds Indigenous chef Chris Jordan will prepare the 4-choice tapas-style menu for guests to enjoy. The menu has been specifically designed for this unique event, using native ingredients and applying ancient knowledge of customs and techniques to provide a one-of-a-kind experience.
Guests will get to taste and view finger limes, a unique native citrus fruit known and used by Indigenous people for thousands of years, the fruit is now considered a delicacy and used by chefs around the world. Bursting with delicious citrus pearls, finger limes are often known as lime caviar.
